It’s all about community…and cookies!
Thank you to Village of Skokie for organizing the Downtown Skokie Cookie Walk in December 2023. Several businesses participated, such as Kneads and Wants Artisan Bakery, Skokie Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Who Modern, AW YEAH Comics-Skokie, Will’s Place Skokie, The Village Inn Pizzeria Sports Bar and Grill, Toni G Salon and Spa, Alexander’s Breakfast & Lunch Skokie, Take Flight Spirits, and The Pilates Experience.
Ticket proceeds went to support Skokie Community Foundation, furthering our mission of making Skokie a better place to live, work, and play. Folks from the Village of Skokie and the participating businesses gathered to present the donation check.
Members of the SCF Board of Directors volunteered to help hand out cookies. We loved meeting so many residents of Skokie and the surrounding communities during the event. Holiday fun was had by all!
