It's official - $1 Million for Skokie!!! Thanks t It's official - $1 Million for Skokie!!!

Thanks to your generosity, our endowment has now surpassed $1 Million, a goal we've had since we began in 2014. This milestone helps us ensure that Skokie Community Foundation can continue to grow and support our community for many years to come. As our endowment grows, we can award more grants and support more programs that benefit Skokie residents in need.

We have big dreams ahead, but for now, thank you for helping us achieve $1 Million for Skokie! We could not be more grateful to our donors, supporters, and cheerleaders for helping us reach this goal.

Go Team Skokie! 💚
The results are in! The support for Skokie Communi The results are in! The support for Skokie Community Foundation is strong and we couldn't be more grateful.

"We are very gratified by the fact that we just had our most successful annual appeal campaign to date," said Skokie Community Foundation Chair Una McGeough. "Thanks to the generosity of the individuals, families and businesses that contributed this year, we are able to fund our successful annual grant cycles, and at the same time continue to grow our endowment fund, which will allow us to support our Skokie community decades from now."

Approximately 100 donors contributed a total of more than $66,000 over the course of the appeal, which runs from late November to early January. The number of donors giving at least $1,000 increased this year.

"We are especially heartened that, in a year when so many families are facing financial challenges and an increased cost of living, people have demonstrated that they are committed to making a difference in their local community." said SCF Board Director Michael Kelley, who also chairs the fundraising committee.

Go Team Skokie!
